Mazda dealerships near me (Louisville, KY)

I presented an offer to the dealership on Sunday evening via email. I was contacted shortly after by a salesperson and was informed that the offer had been received and that the process would take place Monday morning when the dealership opened. I waited 3 days and contacted the dealership to see if they accepted my offer. The salesperson sent me a counter offer, but the price was at a little over $20,000 MSRP, but the internet listing was at a little over $18,000 with dealership fees included. I took a snapshot of the internet listing and forwarded it to the salesperson showing the discrepancy. I was contacted later, within 15 minutes to be informed the vehicle had sold. Ironic isn't it! If it did, good for them on making a sale. Maybe something will come up later and we can try to do business again.

Better experience than expected! Would buy there again.
