This Dealership went ABOVE and BEYOND in assisting us in getting the car we wanted. Frank was ABSOLUTELY Amazing throughout the entire process and saw to it that everything was taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend this Dealership, especially Frank!!!

Sales people were very helpful, and did their best. car had problems with software, and they were unable to fix it. Had to go to tesla dealer several times, and pay money that should not have been necessary if car was drivable and ready to sell to start with.

I bought a 2021 cx5 touring. I worked with Christian at brickell mazda. He was very calm, collective, easy-going and not a pushy salesman which is why it was a great experience to work with him. I would look forward to working with him if I buy another mazda in the furure.

Horrible experience. Spoke to 3 people that were supposed to get back to me with an out the door price. I get a text from one of them with an almost $8000 added to the selling price. Asked him to break it down and explain that, never heard back. Very disappointed and I would never consider buying a car for this company. They need to get their ducks in a row! Make sure to get an OTDP before even stepping foot in any dealers. They will rip you off! I bought my 2022 CX9 from an another dealer. No BS fees. All that was added was a $900 dealer fee and tax. That is all!!!

BE AWARE! Another dealership playing the “Great Deal” rating game on CarGurus. Offer huge discount to get the rating, charge fees, pricing structure fee, car care program fee to essentially recoup all discounts. LOTS of fees here, be careful.
