I found this dealership to be a comfortable experience. There was no pressure put on us as we worked through the process with Dan Smith. The other staff members were friendly. It did take a bit of time but in the end we were satisfied.

Everyone was super friendly and the process for the purchase was easy as well.

I bought cars from this dealer before. They an exceptional organization, but in the end we changed our minds in terms of the year and also the interior color was not to our liking.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The salesperson ( James ) answered all my questions thoroughly and explained the details of the model. The financial manager, Marc, explained all aspects of the transaction thoroughly. The facility is welcoming and comfortable.

Great experience at this dealership.

I made an appointment online for a test drive. Got a confirmation for the test drive, and then got a confirmation the day before for the test drive. I showed up early for the appointment. Talked to the front desk. Hung around for about 30 mins. only to be told “The car was sold to another dealership the day prior.” I doubt they realized that I could hear them when the receptionist was asking all the sales and finance employees where the keys for the car were, and if it was sold. Everyone responded with “no it hasn’t been sold.” or “I don’t know where the keys are.” This was obviously a very bad “bait and switch”, that completely wasted my time. I would have appreciated the honesty if the vehicle was not available, but to get my hopes up, and waste my morning. Great job!

Responded right away and was super helpful with options. Very patient without being overly persistent. I ended up buying a car!
