The sales people were very, very helpful and very timely. The finance guy whose job it is to sell after market insurance or or extended warranty or whatever you're calling it these days. Was tedious, And enough to make me not want to visit a dealership ever again. There has to be a better way!!

My experience was mixed. Jordan was helpful and easy to work with, and I appreciated his communication throughout. There were a few challenges, including some initial confusion around the dealership location and having to wait for the vehicle to become available, as it was being used as a loaner. When I did see the vehicle, there were condition issues that hadn’t been clearly addressed upfront, including damage and a tire concern. The approach to pricing around those items felt more like a traditional sales process than a transparent one, which made it harder to feel confident moving forward. Overall, not a bad experience, but not as straightforward or transparent as others I encountered during my search.
