The person who helped me here was very transparent and helped me throughout the whole long process of getting the best OTD price on this vehicle and help with financing. Had some issues on my end with getting approved but the guys at Wellesley Mazda made everything super simple and quick. Made a phenomenal deal on this Mazda and got approved at a great rate.

I made an appointment online for a test drive. Got a confirmation for the test drive, and then got a confirmation the day before for the test drive. I showed up early for the appointment. Talked to the front desk. Hung around for about 30 mins. only to be told “The car was sold to another dealership the day prior.” I doubt they realized that I could hear them when the receptionist was asking all the sales and finance employees where the keys for the car were, and if it was sold. Everyone responded with “no it hasn’t been sold.” or “I don’t know where the keys are.” This was obviously a very bad “bait and switch”, that completely wasted my time. I would have appreciated the honesty if the vehicle was not available, but to get my hopes up, and waste my morning. Great job!

I found this dealership to be a comfortable experience. There was no pressure put on us as we worked through the process with Dan Smith. The other staff members were friendly. It did take a bit of time but in the end we were satisfied.

I felt the staff at Northend were friendly, helpful and straight forward. No games or underhandedness. Although I didn’t end up with a car from them this time, I will try them again in the future.
