Was super interested in buying the car … Bieber the dealer installed a ELO and the cost is over $1600. the buyer must pay in additional fees . Dealer stayed the could not UN install it … This buyer additional fee was NOT disclosed in the write up on cargurus. TOTAL DEAL BREAKER !

Pleasant person but I had already purchased a car

Put simply, the price was not as advertised - it was actually $10,000 more. The actual sales staff was also relatively unresponsive, and sent several generic, automated introductions as responses to all of my inquiries. I do not recommend this dealer at this time.

Overall good experience. I am happy with my purchase. I asked a ton of questions and felt like my concerns were important and we're addressed. Shout out to Marcus for helping me with the process and Abe in the financial dept. He also gave me some tips on the financial part and explained the process...it wasn't nerve-wracking like I had expected. Would recommend.

I had excellent communications with a salesman named Eric. He was totally cooperative, open, and honest. Unfortunately, before I made my trip to the dealership, I noticed a deficiency in the vehicle that was a deal-breaker for me. So I cancelled and made a purchase from another dealer. But I was thoroughly impressed with Eric.

Only thing disappointing the car did have a navigation sd car. So I have to buy one on my own.
