In short, this was the most pleasant and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Bob was wonderful, and even found time to provide information necessary for the deal on his day off. His entire dealership operates the way I feel a dealership should operate. Kind, cordial, responsive, and exceptionally gracious.
