Drove 1 1/2 hours each way to check out this jeep. I had to put 103.50 on my credit card to hold vehicle. Jeep looked good online, but did not in person. Vehicle had been driven by sales person and was not detailed like ad said multiple times! Jeep was not in good mechanical condition and had strong hot antifreeze smell along with loud valve engine tick. Had vehicle looked like pictures in Ad and been good mechanically, I would have purchased Jeep on the spot. The dealer could charge my credit card over the phone, but couldn’t give me a credit back while at dealership. I had to wait over a week to receive my deposit back via check minus 3.5%. To say some process improvements for out of state buyers should be made, is an understatement. Salesman was extremely nice however.

Dealer was friendly but car was delivered to me with an out of balance tire and only 20% remaining oil life and 1/3 tank of gas. Most dealers would have taken care of this prior to finalizing the deal.
