Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They worked with us throughout the whole purchasing process. My only complaint was, as we figured it would be, is how long it takes to buy a car. No matter how prepared you are. But we are very happy with the car and would recommend Harper and CarGurus to anyone looking for a new or used car!

Responded quickly to let me know the vehicle sold but if they received another would let me know.

The vehicle even though it stated no accidents did have a minor front fender bender. This because my guess no paper trail with the fender bender was ever filed with insurance. But the Carmax here is very helpful in sorting things out. I look forward to purchasing the car. I would strongly recommend CarMax to anyone looking to get a vehicle.

Drove 1 1/2 hours each way to check out this jeep. I had to put 103.50 on my credit card to hold vehicle. Jeep looked good online, but did not in person. Vehicle had been driven by sales person and was not detailed like ad said multiple times! Jeep was not in good mechanical condition and had strong hot antifreeze smell along with loud valve engine tick. Had vehicle looked like pictures in Ad and been good mechanically, I would have purchased Jeep on the spot. The dealer could charge my credit card over the phone, but couldn’t give me a credit back while at dealership. I had to wait over a week to receive my deposit back via check minus 3.5%. To say some process improvements for out of state buyers should be made, is an understatement. Salesman was extremely nice however.
