Excellent sales team

I called asking about a car and was put on hold while the girl checked on the car. After a long wait I was told sorry someone just bought the car two days ago. I said that's odd because it is listed on multiple platforms including the dealer sight. I decided to call again at the end of the day and got a manager. He said someone is interested but he needed to see if they put down a deposit and he would call me back the next morning. No call so at the end of the next day I called again and got a third person. This person said yes the vehicle is still available. I explained my previous two calls, he put me on hold, came back and said someone in the service department wanted to buy the vehicle, apologized and said he would prefer to sell it to a customer. This was Chris and he was the only person that was decent out of the whole situation. Long story short, next I was told the headlight needed replaced and the price would have to be increased. What a joke.

It was a good experience, the staff was helpful and did not rush you

Called to confirm the availability of a vehicle before I made a two hour trip to Illinois. The person who answered was kind and courteous. He told me the vehicle had been sold. I appreciate that he did not try to lure me in with a bait and switch tactics. Nor did this person try to sell me onto something else and did not ask a bunch of questions regarding what I'm looking for. It was just clean and simple. Thank you for transparency.
