Dealerships near me (Mastic, NY)

Never returned any messages didn’t know if the car was sold or available

No one contacted me

We found this dealership through CarGurus and initially had a great experience. They were eager to help—until we started asking questions about pricing, dealer add-ons, and financing. We let them know we would be using our own financing because their rate was significantly higher, and their communication completely changed. I called and left multiple messages before getting a response. Several times I was told they needed to “check on something” and would call me back, but they never did. We were serious, eager buyers and simply wanted straightforward answers. Ultimately, we gave up and bought a vehicle elsewhere. It’s incredibly frustrating that a dealership would lose a ready-to-buy customer because we asked questions, declined add-ons, and chose our own financing. Very disappointing experience.

Edward was super, he helped in walking through every aspect of the purchase, finance ,cleaning up the car and a nice drive around the community. I really enjoyed the experience.

From start to finish the easiest way I have ever purchased a vehicle. And Jennifer was amazing to work with.

They called me back but the interior color was not something I was looking for. Great communication

They were so fantastic to attend me my request
