Dealerships near me (Mason City, IL)

"Some cosmetic damage" was listed in the ad. However, it was hidden by the photos shared on the website. I drove 2 hours to look at this vehicle; the entire driver's side fender was cracked and had significant damage. When I asked about repairs, the manager very quickly responded no, we won't do that. His justification was it's already priced "low" and he'd be losing money. I don't feel the dealership was very transparent with the amount of damage that was actually on this vehicle. This was far beyond a minor scratch or small ding.

From the initial email to the last paper signed, everyone was so nice and helpful. I never felt any pressure and all of my questions were answered. I would definitely buy from them again.
