My experience at Millbrook was perfect! Loved the honesty, transparency and helpfulness of the owner and his father. Only reason I didn't purchase is because I was looking to replace from a total loss accident and what was available there didn't work with my budget/needs. I would recommend everyone to go here if they are looking for a car. I even went back a second time looking at their website to see if there was anything else they had because I really wished I could buy something from them.

the fact this place is allowed to sells cars is beyond me, the owner has no technicians or prequalifying safety inspections or procedures before they sell to the consumer. im a mechanic and was really interested in this 09 cadillac due to low milage an price. after driving almost two hours i arrive to be greeted by a man who could clearly careless. upon further inspection of the vehicle i saw a bunch of body rot were the body met the subframe. i was literally poking an clawing at rusted steeling that was crumbling at my finger tips COMPLETELY NOT OK to be on the road. whats even more conserning is its a classy suv oriented around multiple passengers / (Family). i pray no one gets hurt. it took every part of me to refrain from carving UNSAFE into the drivers window / hood of the vehicle. “SAFE” To say ill never do business or recommend this dealer to anyone EVER. god bless the poor souls who purchase this vehicle. made the owner aware and advised he junk it or bring it backto auction.

I had high hopes of going to this dealership and buying the car but I received a call from the place stating that since I was from NH, they were adding a $500 fee to register my car! What? They explained to me that they've been burned before from people from New Hampshire. So I would have to pay the cost of them sending a driver to the registry of New Hampshire to register the car for me. I don't think this was a good place to do business with after that. It's too bad because I really liked the car. The price was good, but their business practices led me to look to other dealerships that have equally good deals.
