Received multiple responses to my request, unfortunately those responses did not include replies to my questions but rather were single line response to a single question or template response. All responses were intended to get an interested customer to visit the dealership, I was a very interested customer but not local so needed to communicate remotely and that wasn’t possible with received communication.

Very helpful, good communication. Ultimately I did not buy but was very satisfied with their efforts.

I recently purchased a truck from BamaAuto and had an overall satisfied experience. My salesperson, Cruz, was excellent to work with. He went over all the details of the deal, successfully helped overcome a few pricing challenges, and ultimately secured the deal for us. They even filled up the gas tank, which was a nice touch. ​The only downside has been the post-purchase communication. I noticed a vibration after driving it and discovered the shocks were ruined and needed to be replaced. I tried reaching back out to the dealership to discuss this, but I haven't been able to get a response yet. ​Aside from the communication gap regarding the shocks, it was a smooth buying process and Cruz did a fantastic job.

A tiny bit hard to find. When we got there, the Volvo had low tires, a cracked windshield and was low on gas (for our test drive). We did not drive it far but for a car which needed at least $500 of work, they were unwilling to go down on price. We didn’t not end up buying here, but the salvage yard worker/ owner? (Not sure) is friendly enough.
