The sales rep was very helpful and well informed, but it took them forever to bring the car around because it didn’t have windshield wipers and they needed to order the windshield wipers. I finally just told him I could take the test drive without the windshield wipers. Other than that, it was an OK experience.

Horrible experience. Dealership never got back to me until a week later. Car was already sold by then. I called a few days before that and was told someone had reached out to me. FALSE. I had no texts, emails, or calls from anyone at the dealership at that point. Only thing I had received were AI responses via text.

I took a test drive with the manager of GOL on May 7, 2025. I then purchased the car. He was nice to drive me to local Wells Fargo bank to get a cashier's check. Now I'm waiting to get from GOL the license plates, registration sticker and title.
