The representative contacted me and when I asked questions about the price of the vehicle, he made it seem as though the price was firm. They then marked the vehicle down twice within the next 2 weeks.

Nice people and good experience.. Would buy another car from them , got a great deal..

Everything was good except calling you back to let you know if it's still available.

The price online it not the actual price. It assumes $2000 down. When I was leaving I overheard a manager say, “Someone smart will buy the car!” Then the raised the online price by $2000 assuming to increase their margin. Multiple people from the dealership were texting me from the same number.

So when people have good experiences they don’t write about them. I took a bus from Maryland to get here, and drove the car all the way back and took the long way. I had tried with everyone to get a car. I have two repos everyone denied me or tried to completely drain my bank account. Not going to lie me and the manager did have talking back and fourth but he showed me everything on paper. But when I got there, there was no bait and switch no haggling just the price we agreed to. They even FaceTimed me before coming to show me the car was there. Kavita FaceTimed me and took care of everything while I was there. One of the dealers even gave me half of his lunch because I hadn’t eaten coming all the way from Maryland to New York, he wasn’t even my rep just being kind. I can’t speak to everyone else’s experience but Kavita was great they had me in and out and on my way back home. I hope they treat you as good as me because you will leave happy and with a car.
