I really wanted to have a good experience with HBI, but there have been some disappointing issues after the sale. As of December 11, I still have not received the title for the car, even though it was supposed to be sent much sooner. I’ve had to reach out multiple times just to get updates, and the communication has not been proactive. On top of that, the car developed a loud brake squeak almost immediately, and I ended up spending $500 out of pocket to get it repaired. While the vehicle itself is what I expected, unexpected repairs right after delivery — combined with delays on essential paperwork — have made the process more stressful than it needed to be. I’m hopeful HBI will improve their follow-through and post-sale support. I will update this review once the title is finally delivered, but for now my experience has been mixed at best.

Communication and service was awesome

they increased the price on me by 3500, I said you have to honor the previous price they said they would, then another salesman came by and said they would not honor the price, deal breaker, I drove 2 hours there and was in the office for another 3 hours, I fell they bait and switched me.

Absolutely horrible experience. Horrible treatment by salesmen and sales manager. I happily bought elsewhere. They will make it look like a good deal until you see the mandatory add-ons that are rip offs.
