Submitted an inquiry for a walk around video showing any chips/scratches in the paint because I’m out of state. Michael called me 2 days later and asked if he could answer any questions. I repeated my initial request. He replied with “not sure I can do that. My phone has been acting up”. No attempt was made to get another salesman. Haven’t heard from them since. No worries Michael! I took my business to another out of state dealership. Avoid this place.

Terrible experience , photos did not reflect busted headlight …was given the run around with pre approval …worked with 3 different sales people and a manager was lied to multiple times …will never do business with them again…ended up purchasing thru CarMax
