Richard had great customer service in person . However , was bad at following up and did not provide clear clarification on what was needed for financing . Also , he promised me that he would follow up with me if the vehicle was sold before I could get my documentation and that didn’t happen . I had to continuously check the website to find out that information. I called multiple times and left emails. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to purchase anything from this company . Based off of the initial customer service , I thought that this dealership had potential .
