Very friendly. The owner doesnt try to hide anything. Hes very transparent. Id highly recommend this place. In the future I will call him and have him find what I want. I know he will treat me right again. Dont let the small dealership fool you. They were far superior to any other dealership I've bought from.

Excellent utilization of time. Buying a car is stressful and I feel bmw Tampa was very much aware of that The only issue that was a 4 star was the length of time with finance personnel were great it just took too long to process. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to deal with bmw Tampa in the future
