After inquiry had multiple automated emails sent to me. I asked 3 specific questions, none answered. Then, called 3x finally had a return call. Asked the 3 questions again, said they would “get back to me”. Then the Sales Manager John emailed me (another automated email), I reiterated the 3 questions. Nothing. Then, I called him personally and he said “I’m working on getting you the information.” I thanked him and hung up. Two days later I email John directly and ask where the information is. He responds with basically, “Sorry the Ferrari sold. Would you like to know about our other cars?” Obviously not John. Obviously not. It’s hard when good cars go to bad dealers like this, especially if you’re an out of state buyer. Heard to want to trust an operation like this. Oh, the 3 questions? Simple: 1. Tire date codes 2. Date of last service and 3. What was done during that service? Any exotic or classic buyer would want to know those answers. Period.
