This is a fake ad they're using to fish customers into their dealership I took the bus across town the car was not there I contacted the dealership before I left I feel this ad as a scam

The internet specialist contacted me. The car I was looking at was a great deal according to cargurus but it had already been sold. They sent me some listings and the internet person said the salesman would accept any reasonable offer. I offered them what cargurus said was a great price, they countered with the "original" offer which was nothing at all off the internet price.

They responded right away, but would not let me test drive the sub because they said it needed to have the inspection done on it. They said I would be able to test drive it the following day. I was then notified that the manager had let his friend take it for a few days and it might be available the following week. This is bad service. I was very interested in this sub and had driven all the way to see it and wanted to purchase it. I passed on another vehicle because I thought I was going to be buying that one:(

Mike was our salesperson and he made our experience enjoyable and free of pressure. We went to lunch over at Chili's, reviewed the cars we had looked at and decided on the Fox vehicle. The quality / cleanliness of the cars at Fox really impressed us. It was hard to believe they were used because they were in such good condition. Mike took the time to show us all the things they do to prepare a car to be on their lot (we bought a certified pre-owned Nissan). We didn't realize the additional value Fox and the CPO program provided. It helped cinch the deal. Brian handled the paperwork and he was quick & efficient, but still took the time to insure we understood everything we signed. I would definitely buy a car from Fox Nissan Kentwood again. We previously bought a car from the Fox dealer in Rochester Hills, and that was a great experience as well.

Drove 90 miles to find out the sales rep "doesn't know much about Buicks"--sells Nissans, couldn't answer basic questions, and worse--didn't seem to care....

I received no reply to my e-mail. On the fourth day I called the dealership and found that the car was not as advertised. It had much less equipment than shown in the ad.
