Easiest car buying experience I have ever had.

I checked stock on a auto. Was contacted by an agent from another state. When I went to view the car there was no one at the dealership during business hours. I would advise an appointment if you're serious about a purchase at this dealer.

The salesperson was very helpful. I told him that I was just shopping at the present moment that he would keep me informed about the truck that I was looking at.

Horrible customer service. Was told twice the car was available. Went on a Friday to see the vehicle and it was not on the lot. When I came home, I called to inquire about the vehicle. The person on the phone said he was short staffed and he would check and call me back in about an hour. I never received a call so inquired online. The internet salesman emailed me confirming the car was indeed still available and asked when I could come in for a test drive. I told him I could be there the next day at noon. I received a confirmation email of my scheduled appointment the night before mentioning the car would be ready and available to test drive and inspect at 12:00. Then 20 minutes before my appointment, while I was already in route to my appointment, I received a voicemail saying the car was sold the morning before. When I got there no one knew what was going on. Clearly unorganized and very unprofessional. Worst customer service and worst experience. I would not recommend this dealer.
