It was a screwed up process. They lost the key and fob for the truck. They had to get a locksmith to come .make a key. That took an extra 2 days. Of course they added that cost oon to the price .and they was the ones to loose the key.dealer brought the truck to me, it wound up ha I g a dead cell in the batery, it had to be replaced. I had to pay for it with the promise that it would. Be reimbursed,,and it was a check was written for the price of the battery. Lots of little things that was not disclosed ut are now

Gretna Auto Outlet, where nobody ever gets back to you and their motto is “we don’t do that”. Ask if they can beat a certain interest rate...no one calls back. Find out it's bc they can't. "Everything's ready to go on our end, just send us drafting information." "What is that? We don't do that" They want to fedex paperwork. Ask if they can scan/email, fax, docusign..."We don't do that" Wanted a specific vehicle they had listed, had everything ready to go the first day, took 10 days to get it bought/cleared to load on a truck (that we arranged/paid for), 12 days to lay hands on it, car has several instances cosmetic damage and interior was disgusting when they insisted it was "immaculate" condition. No one ever answers voicemails/emails. No one can ever tell you what's going on/what's taking so long. After we finally get it we find out they STILL haven't taken care of previous lien/even got the old title! It took 17 DAYS to get their title. Absolute mickey mouse amateurs

I tried multiple times to communicate regarding this Jeep Wrangler through text. I was told that a sales person would reach out to me but never did. Looks like a great Jeep Wrangler at a fair price. I was very interested in it but never received a call to discuss purchasing it.
