Bad Business Practice & Unprofessional! Their hours are 10-6. I arrived at 10:30a.m. and they were closed. When I called they advised they would be there in 45 minutes. (11:15) When they arrived I was left outside for over 35 minutes waiting on the key to see the car I finally went inside the office and after a while he reappeared with the keys. I wanted to pay half on a debit and the other half on a credit card. Grace their financial person advised me they do not take credit cards and would rather a cashiers check instead of a debit payment. I decided I would put down $6000 and finance the rest. She also advised me the process would not be completed in the same day. WHY? A gentleman came in wanting to see a care and was told to come back at 3pm because they were closing for lunch. So from arriving at 10:30a.m. It was now 2p.m. and she told me to leave and come back as well.
