Reached out with specific questions so I had details to decide if it was worth my 1 hr drive one way or not. Of course NO ONE ever answers your questions ONLY tell you to come in thinking they’ll get the leverage. Be honest and up front with customers at least me if you want my business. The manager then followed up saying XXX followed up with you wondering ….. uh, NO never heard or spoke with that person. Seemed like auto chip follow ups. You want my business. Be personable value me and my time be honest and let’s chat. Not ever going somewhere that far for smthg I was super interested if you’re just pressuring ppl to come in. “Oh lots of interest you must come in ASAP before it’s sold”. Like answer my questions talk to me and let’s make smthg happen.

I was interested in 2 vehicles that I saw online, and as a matter of fact, the vehicle is still listed as available on the website, but when I got there, they told me it was sold! Not a happy camper!

The first time that I used CarGurus was December 2018 when I was searching for a Dark Gray Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude Edition I did find a 2015 Altitude and did purchase that vehicle in January 2019. Fast forward to April 2026 I found myself in the market for a newer vehicle and once again I took to CarGurus and searched and found a 2022 Grand Cherokee Altitude in Dark Grey, the vehicle was located the Fiat Alpha Romeo Dealership in Strongsville, Ohio. I made arrangements to go and check out this vehicle and take it for a test drive I ended up purchasing this vehicle too. I found my Salesman Leon Chia to be very helpful and knowledgeable which helped in my decision to purchase this vehicle.

This dealer has been really good so far. We will see how things go as we finish the process.

Tried to purchase vehicle on 3 separate occasions and was told it was sold right before I called the last time. Dealership was supposed to do a FaceTime call with me to purchase vehicle but never called when they were supposed at set time. I had to contact them and got told I’ll get a call back. The girl that called said” I’m just the messenger “. Very unprofessional.
