After agreeing to and confirming an out the door price, I arrived for a test drive. Before I agreed to come in, I let them know via text that I would not need financing and to let me know if that was a problem.The salesman assured me that he was honest and it would be straightforward. I was ready to purchase the vehicle and pay in full. The Sales Manager came over and tried to convince me to finance the car instead, which was unnecessary, I had the cash to pay in full. They both came back and told me the price of the vehicle increased despite the agreed upon cost. I walked out. I looked online and the price never changed. They profiled me as soon as I walked in. They decided they would try to make money off of another customer by having them finance with interest instead of receiving a $25,000 check in hand. Terrible business.

My salesperson was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, my excitement turned into deep disappointment when I discovered a vibration issue within 24 hours of taking the car home. I returned immediately, hoping the service department would stand behind the sale, but they failed to diagnose the problem and dismissed my concerns. A certified Mercedes-Benz dealership later found the real cause: severely worn motor mounts that should never have passed an inspection. Instead of taking responsibility, the selling dealer minimized the issue and offered only partial help, leaving me to cover a costly repair on my own. It was heartbreaking to feel so unsupported at a moment when I needed honesty and accountability. Buyers deserve transparency and real care— I strongly urge future customers to be extremely cautious with the service department and consider getting an independent inspection before finalizing a purchase

I purchased this vehicle. They were great. Helped with getting me better interest rates via a credit union although I was pre-approved with my bank. That was three points differential. Allowing me to get the additional warranty. Haves and Tony were super professional and helpful. No pressure to make a decision. In fact I arrived there (Hayward) after looking at EV's in Daly City. Tony had it ready for me to test drive. Once there we just got in an drove. I got some verbal history from him. He printed the CarFax for me to take home. Hares wrote up two deals. One with and the other without the warranty. The vehicle was clean and presented well cared for. This dealership has a wide variety of cars and trucks and SUV's to look at. Plus price ranges for different budgets. I'm going to get it checked by my mechanic (haven't bought used in over ten years) and I've been driving and enjoying for several days (including in the rain). Thanks guys.
