They never got back to me, what a joke was interested in it

I flew in from Seattle to purchase a Macan from Clark Custom and even paid for a pre-purchase inspection due to no service records. After everything checked out, we agreed on a price and I started financing through my bank. From there, communication became poor. My bank was waiting on basic purchase documents, and despite being told Clark Custom would follow up, nothing was clearly explained. I kept asking what was needed and even offered to help, but got vague responses. After several days, I was told the deal was “too complex” because the vehicle was in California—despite it being listed nationally. No real explanation, just wasted time and money on my end. In addition the car was on market for then a month then sold it after I made offer Would not recommend.

I had a confirmed appointment, still had to wait for them to put gas in the car (1/2 tank) then I got in the car and it had warning lights on, low tire pressure. For an Audi dealership selling an Audi-branded vehicle, it is surprising--and concerning--that the dealership would choose not to supply the standard two keys or complete a proper pre-certification check. Both could easily be handled on-site, which makes the omission feel more like a lack of attention and care than a limitation of resources.
