Dealerships near me (Lithonia, GA)

I inquired about a car, the next day the price increased 3k on their website. I discussed and they honored the initial price and we setup a test drive. 30 min before I was to arrive they send me a notice that the car isn't available to test drive. At the same time I'm getting text reminders to show up for my drive. They explain they found an issue and will let me know when I can show up to look at the car again. They reach out a week later, we schedule another drive. This time when I show up, my rep hasn't bothered to come in and someone eventually explains to me that they sold the car to auction. Horrible communication and very shady practices.

The salesperson I had was terrible. She told me the vehicle was ready and that I could come see it. I asked for pictures and then that’s when the runaround started. After about 5 days of the back and fourth she then tells me the vehicle is not for sale because service department said they couldn’t sell it. Wasted my time!

I was not informed about the condition of this car….i feel like things should have been addressed and repaired before I took ownership of this car. I am a woman and feel like that was part of why it wasn’t pointed out that there was damage to the passenger car door.

It wouldve been great but the communication was off and the honesty wasnt there the car had interest in had a recall on it i guess why the pricing was at a good rate but dont know if its the same price as of now . But i mentioned about the recall on it and if it can be fixed before further purchase but never got a response or a yes .. im a passive person only if you are working with me on making things right especially if im purchasing something from you but right now i don't know anymore ..
