I had an excellent experience purchasing my car here. Richie was incredibly helpful throughout the process—he was understanding, reliable, and genuinely trustworthy, especially compared to other dealerships I visited during my search. I’m so glad I found this place. He was also very accommodating with my busy schedule and always responded promptly, no matter the time of day. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated how patiently and honestly he answered all of my questions. Wanted to purchase a 2022 ID.4 Pro S. Dealership told me that it wasn't certified but that they could get it certified in a few days. They also only offered me $1500 for my car which I was getting offers of around $3k. When they tried to get me back in the dealership before the CPO process was complete I told them that I needed to wait until it was done and that I'd need a better offer on my car before proceeding. They then told me "we appreciate your time" and then never got in touch with me again. Ended up getting $5800 from Tesla and purchased a Model Y instead.

Went here to see a base (no options) 2022 BMW M440i after finding it on CarGurus. The advertised price was $39,500 , however after going through the numbers they added about $10,000. Other listings for the same model but a year newer and with more features were being sold elsewhere for around $43,000. When I asked the owner to meet me at a lower price since the car has 0 features compared to the other newer listings, he laughed and told me he couldn't go lower than $44k since that is what he paid for the car. The car's trade in value is $36,500 at most from what other dealers have told me. So either he lied to me about what he paid or he overpaid for the car, either way was a bad look for the dealership. I have since bought a 2022 M440i fully loaded for $41k with the same miles from another dealership. Stay clear of this place, they will lure you in with low advertised prices and then hit you with a higher price in store hoping you'll just say ok since you're already there.
