The staff at the dealership was friendly and professional! They were able to provide videos and other information that was not initially listed on the website. We live a couple of states away and unfortunately the vehicle was sold before we were able to get there due to the winter storms. Regardless, we give Deluxe high marks for their courtesy and professionalism!

I asked them to send me more pictures of the envoy I was looking at. and they did not send me any they kept sending me stuff on other envoys and blew me off about the one i was interested in. Ten different salesman called and still no pictures of the envoy i was interested in.

They are good. No complaints. They should offer more deliveries.

They said they would contact me back and never did. I almost lost a deal somewhere else for waiting on them. Honesty is the key guys. If you cant you cant, simple but dont waste people's time.

Very nice and pleasant. We referred some family and friends. Will return for another van in the future. We bought two vans that day. Van was clean and ready to drive.

It's a little far away to test drive anything, but very cordial and understanding.
