This was a terrible experience. The first thing I was told was that the 2016 Chevy Silverado wasn't ready to be sold yet and the salesman then directed me to a 2014 GMC with 50K more miles and 2 years older. It appeared to be a very nice truck until the salesman tried to show me how the horn sounded, the horn didn't work. He then tried to show me how the stereo sounded and it also didn't work. I need a truck very badly so we went inside to fill out paperwork. He had me sign papers and then proceeded to do 5 hard credit pills. I asked him for a price on the GMC and he said "about the same as the other one" which told me nothing. He said he was going to make copies of the papers I signed and instead of bringing back the copies, which I never did get, brought back his manager to tell me that Westlake, even though I was pre qualified with them, said they changed their mind and wouldn't finance anything for me. So I drove over an hour and a half spent money on gas and wasted my time
