Lincoln dealerships near me (San Jose, CA)

My car was in contract loan approved on 9/12/26,aSunday half cash half finance. Monday morning funds set to transfer. A 4 hour drive scheduled to pick up car. Stevens Creek sold my car to someone else

Tried calling, no one answered, claiming it was after hours, though it wasn't. Went to online chat asking for information and never received a response. Never found out if the truck was available.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Before going there, I contacted them specifically to ask if the vehicle I was interested in was still available. They told me that it was available and invited me to come to the dealership for a test drive. When I arrived, one of the first things I was asked was whether I was planning to pay cash or finance the vehicle. I explained that I would be financing it and that I was already pre-approved through my own bank. After that, the attitude seemed to change. The salesperson went to find someone else to supposedly help me. That person was about to get the keys for the vehicle, but the first salesperson went after her. Shortly afterward, he came back and suddenly told me that the vehicle was not available because it had transmission problems and they could not sell it. This was extremely frustrating. If the vehicle had transmission problems and could not be sold, I don’t understand why I was told beforehand that it was avail

Great to work with Jonathan sand Eric

Awesome experience, top notch.

Love this vehicle, just not ready to purchase right now. Hope it’s still available later.

I've purchased 3 fords at this dealer over the years, I wasn't planning on getting the bronco here as I was trying to find the most competitive price, mark at wc ford was excellent to deal with and he was consistent and persistent but overall just super friendly and helpful. They gave us all around the best deal and excellent money for our trade in
