Excellent rapport with customer -NO GAMES PLAYED - which unfortunately is very apparent at the other 3 dealerships I visited -other dealers like to pack on fees and when they said they were being transparent - I laughed out loud at these other dealers and salespeople - I am very familiar with car sales and dealership "actions'. I would have no problem recommending Ford Fairfield if one is looking to buy new or used.
