Set up time to see this Jeep, after waiting for 20 minutes in showroom, I was told it was sold. I was never given the call or text! I was very pissed and disappointed. I drove over 20 minutes for no reason. I will never return to this dealership. Very bummed

I did not really want them to price my trade in but they insisted, and then made me a low offer. As soon as I was not happy with the offer the tone fo the transaction went South. The GM came over to push for the deal. The salesman insisted it was a good deal. Well I bought a better equipped model with 30,000 less miles for less with a higher trade in.
