I am very pleased and satisfied with Lexus Escondido. I would like to note the professionalism displayed by Mr. Richard Fortenberry. He was willing to go that extra mile to help me. If you are looking to buy a Lexus, Lexus Escondido is the place to go and Richard is the guy to see.

Lexus El Cajon adds on 3 items that cost an additional $2500 over the asking price. Paint Protection, Security System and 1 other. They are not transparent with their listed price. Staff was nice.

When the Volvo wasn't available they tried to steer me to a new Lexus even though I told them I was looking for used. Then the sales guy offered me a new vehicle $10k below sticker so I agreed to come in. He even promised me the price was "out the door". I rearranged my schedule to make an appointment, then the day of he texted "crazy day but we sold out at that price" but come in and test drive anyway. No thanks Bro.
