Dealerships near me (Ramona, CA)

Attention was good and nice service. Unfortunately they did not have the type of vehicle I was looking for.

I would give negative stars if I could. I contacted the dealership on Monday, before they contacted me. I was told the vehicle 'was going through the shop' and would be notified when it was ready for customers to see. I was called after dark on Thursday asking if I 'wanted to make an appointment' to come see it. I made an appointment for 12:30 the next day. I was told arriving early or later than 12:30 would not be problem. I arrived at 11:20 only to be told the vehicle had been sold. Absolutely no courtesy especially since it was posed to me that I had to make an appointment!! Never setting foot at this dealership ever again. Attitude of everyone there did not make the experience any better!

Mickey was Prompt and professional. I did not purchase the car but he got back to me as promised when I asked for more detailed information that he didn’t have immediate answers to.
