Made an appointment the day before, and confirmed 30min before I arrived on schedule, Only to show up and the Jeep wasn't even at the site. Was told told It was being currently driven by the GM son and was at the lake Elsinore dealership 2hrs away. Needless to say I bought a different 2 days later at another local dealership.

The process was quick and easy. They accepted my pre-approval certificate and got me financed. I walked in and test drive the car and the paperwork was ready and I signed and left. I didn't feel any pressure from this dealership.

It is always nice to pick a car from its main dealership.

Dominic, the sales rep, was awesome! He was super helpful and patient with me, even though it took me a few days to decide. He made the whole process way less stressful and honestly, he's a big reason why I picked this place.

Supper upset the driver door didn’t lock I was not told and lost 1000 worth of tools and a Apple laptop 300 in cash I feel that was big dishonest on the dealers mechanic never will buy here again
