Great customer service.

Very disappointing experience with Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I was trying to surprise my wife with a vehicle, but the dealership contacted her directly and spoiled the surprise. We never provided her phone number, yet she received multiple calls. When she explained the issue, instead of apologizing, an employee suggested that we had provided her number, which was simply not true. I also drove to the dealership after being told the vehicle was ready, only to find out it wasn’t because it still needed body work. That’s understandable, but someone should have notified us before we made the trip. When the vehicle was finally ready, it still had several cosmetic imperfections that I would not expect on a Lexus Certified vehicle. The salesperson was the one bright spot and did his best throughout the process. Without him, this would have been a one-star review. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership.
