Sales man Tito Deleon was very professional! Very knowledgeable and stylish yet cool! He was the Best sales man I had dealt with by far! He explained and walked me through every step of the way in my car purchase and went up & beyond! Would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from him!! Salesman lied saying vehicle was in reconditioning. It's not even at dealership yet. Said he would send pics. Never got them. Something you would expect from a Kia dealership, not Lexus.
