I came from a different state. I messaged them day before I arrive and said the car is ready to be viewed. I arrive there around 11am and the car "was spoken for". Wasted my time and resources to go see the car.

Carguru said all dealer fees include in price. Made offer 950 off listed price. Dealer counter 705 off listed price but added 699 doc fee that was stated listing as included in price.

Alan was amazing! We sent the inquiry and before our appointment Alan sent us a full personalized video tour of the vehicle! We knew exactly what to expect when we arrived! Alan had already wiped the infotainment system and reset it for us. He went through the screens and settings. He was well versed with all the features! The only high pressure moment was when the coffee machine made my latte! Alan was super chill and efficient. He wove in the finance discussion during the test drive so that process was extremely smooth. I don't know if I'll drive a Lincoln as my next vehicle but I do know Alan will be involved in my next purchase!
