They contacted me, however it was difficult to get the info I requested in original email to them. They were not very helpful, they never told me the vehicle was sold. I found from Cargurus that vehicle was sold. Then I see it advertised again for a day. Bait & switch to get me to come in for another vehicle that I’m not interested in. It’s a good thing I didn’t have to drive 2 hours to dealership to get my time wasted. Because I found out from you it was sold. Does anyone in this country know what customer service means anymore? I’m very happy with my experience at VW Findlay. Buck J in sales was quick to respond to my inquiry and kept me updated throughout the process. The vehicle was exactly as described in the listing, no surprises. I would definitely recommend.

Wasted my time by setting up an appointment to look and test drive a vehicle. They sell said vehicle and don’t tell you. Drive 45 minutes to dealership and find out they sold it. Horrible place and a joke of a dealership.

The reason they are cheaper is because they go straight from the auction to the lot bent/damaged wheels/body. Have to pay close attention to what you’re buying. Would highly recommend getting a pre purchase inspection from the actual manufacturer because their “190 point inspection” is a joke.
