Lexus dealerships near me (Baltimore, MD)

Although they responded timely, they have been very sketchy about why the car is not a Lexus certified vehicle. I asked 2 different sales people and got 3 different reasons! I also received an email from the GM saying I could reach out to him and I did, he never responded.

From the first email Luke L. was polite and professional. By the time I went to see and test drive car I was 99.5% sure I was purchasing car. She is a beaut and was partially derailed prior to my arrival. After a quick test drive, Luke rolled through paperwork and had me talk with the finance guy (extremely polite and professional). All went well and 1.5 hours later I was driving Pearl to her new home. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Professional, details handled Very quickly. Responded to my questions with answers. If they didn’t have answer immediately the followup was very prompt. Easy to work with! Nice experience done 100% remotely as I’m 700 miles from them.
