It was a waste of my time. Scott, the salesman, pushed a more expensive vehicle model and then took us in to start the purchase process after we told him that we needed to look around.

They good, just need to agree with the costumer more and explain better.

They did not have the truck I needed. They did try though.

Initial contact / response was quick on Monday, Tuesday one requested document sent to me. Asked me to schedule a pre-purchase inspection, out of pocket charge. I scheduled it. But then when asked for additional documentation, no response until the day of the PPI. I canceled it Thursday afternoon after no response about said documentation. Contacted me Friday asking about the PPI. Requested shipping quote earlier also, but none given. Contacts me the following Monday telling me the car was sold on Saturday, offers me to look at other inventory. Unless you’re local to them, I’d shop elsewhere.

Actual asking price is 23995. there is a dealer surcharge that is not easily available on the site of $4000. Very misleading! Initially was told they did not have a Car Fax report. Did some additional research and found out the vehicle was in a collision and had to be towed. It was driven an additional 500 miles over the next 12 months. Then suddenly the Car Fax report appeared. Horrible experience!
