JQ and the Bergeys team are courteous, honest, and definitely made this as one of the better experiences I have had buying vehicle. As a customer, you want to search everything, negotiate with rationality, and see what is offered. I never stepped into Bergeys until I knew I was ready to purchase. There was no pressure to come in, no nonsense fees that other dealers had, and transparency was evident when I sat down and discussed numbers. Additionally Bergeys was recommendation by friends who have bought there. None of them have had a negative experience. Definitely top dealer in the Philly suburbs to look at for very reasonable vehicle pricing.

Best car buying experience I've had for a new car in a traditional showroom. Honest, price was as we agreed to the penny, car was ready to go when we arrived.

Very poor experience. Terrible communication. Car was advertised as available. Reached dealer- waited 15 min and was told the car was purchased by an employee. Asked to see another car that was similar. Asked to wait another 10 min the informed that the other car has also been purchased by same employee for a family member. The issue is not that the car was purchased by an employee but the poor communication all around.
