I went in there to finance this Elantra and immediately after telling them what I had for a down payment they went a completely different route and try to get me into a Volkswagen vehicle that I wasn't even looking at so I'm not very happy with what happened here

Salesman very pushy, when I said I needed time to think he kept asking what the problem was and decided to get the manager instead of giving me time to think. They didn’t think that it was a good idea and just kept saying that they are giving me the best deal they can but they seemed to want an answer that second, so I just had to get up and go because they wouldn’t leave me alone.

I contacted this dealership and spoke to someone named Francy. I made a video request and I was told it would be done. I never received any further response and no video. I should have requested the sales manager and maybe I would have a better experience. The automobile is still available I believe. As a self employed person I know that you are supposed to follow through with proper customer service and communication. I received nothing and I’m disappointed with lack of communication and service.

Bought this 2015 Tundra from them a week or so ago - Incredibly happy with my purchase. On top of that, they were very patient with me and my credit union through the process. I live a few hours away from them, and it made the goose chase of getting into a new truck fairly simple.
