Honest and thorough

I had an appointment and when I got there, they let other people who walked in off the street drive the car before me. I drove an hour and 40 minutes to get there. Appointments should come first. Poor costumer service.

Came all the way from CT, hoping the underside was in good condition. I brought the hard to find truck.

They did it right. Tried 2 other dealers, they still operate like it's 1970. Won't give you a final price until you talk with the "manager"

Communication. Was the dealer quick to respond to your inquiry? Absolutely. They responded quickly. Listing accuracy. Did the listing accurately describe the conditions of the vehicle? There was some minor wear on the vehicle but it was a used vehicle with 120k miles on it. On-site experience. Was the car clean and ready for your test-drive? The vehicle was definitely ready for a test drive. Customer service. Was the dealership staff friendly and accommodating? I set up an appointment to look at the vehicle. Everyone that I met there was friendly, professional, and informative about any answers to any questions that I had. Overall impression. Would you recommend the dealer to your friends? Looking back, I am slightly biased as I did purchase the vehicle. The entire process was relatively painless compared to other places that I have bought cars from in the past. All of the staff was pleasant and professional. I would definitely suggest this dealership to friends and family.

Notified dealer I was interested and was coming to see vehicle. When I got there someone was trying to secure a loan for same car. I waited till closing and left. I was not notified of outcome, nor was I notified someone was looking to purchase a car I made an appointment to see. Not a good business tactic for a dealership. More like small lot car sales.
