Dealerships near me (Lawndale, CA)

Was told I couldn’t view photos bc it was undergoing inspection and would get some later that day. 3 days later no follow up. Then told it did not meet safety standard so it was sent to auction. However, its listed here and now with a different price. Initially, it was 12k on car gurus and when going to their site it was at 15k then. 2 different advertised prices. Now its on car gurus but listed for the 15k. So did it go to auction? Or they didn't want to honor by law the lowest advertised price. Hence, why they avoided me after my inquiry. Doesn't feel right.

The car I came to see looked nothing like the photo shown in the ad. The roof is faded and color damaged. The hood has small spots on the front of it and it has a replacement bumper that is unfinished matte black. I walked around for about 5 minutes with the gentleman that works there outside taking photos. He never acknowledged me. I had to approach him

I drove 2and a half hours to buy a car from them. I introduced my self to the sales manager I had been communicating with on the phone , he said maybe 5 words to me before to turning me over to a young girl to show me the car and had no idea what was going on. Unfortunately the car roof was damaged and I had asked for the sales manager to assist me and the young girl when to get a different one how didn’t even bother to get up at of his seat to speak with me. I told the girl to ask if he could lower the car price so I could get the roof repaired , he said 240 was the best he could do. I then asked to speak to him in person he still was setting at his deck. My son in law went in and said is there anything you can do and the guy said no. The original sales manager texted me the next day and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the car. No thank you . Poor customer Service, very unprofessional. Be aware of what you buy there .

They both very polite and kind. I bought two cars one day. One had a little bit of an issue and they were good in handling the issue and that says a lot. I would deal with them both again

Showed up and the car was the wrong trim model, showed signes of being repainted and for attempted sale just pointed at carfax saying "this is what the price is" despite showing many many issues such as rust, oil leaks, signs of the car being in an accident that wasnt reported
