Very specific with 2 questions in my inquiry. Sales rep called asked how he could help. I said in my inquiry , i asked for 2 things.

AJ is excellent to work with. The owner has also been involved and addressing some mechanical concerns I have about a vehicle. Thus far, the experience has been top-notch and I would refer these guys to anyone.

Honestly was expecting a typical dealership vibe but the whole time was so honest and very fun

They are scammers. They repeatedly contacted me and I repeatedly refused to accept the terms they were presenting. Eventually someone identifying themself as the owned called me and game me a low enough offer to accept the deal, they had me put the car on my insurance and send them proof of that, then they took the downpayment from me under the promise that they would ship the vehicle that day. It was A Saturday when all this happened. I never heard another word from them after that so I had to call them over and over to get an eta on the delivery of the vehicle, it was the next Tuesday before they started to actually respond to me beyond a "we will forward your message to so and so" and I come find out they DIDNT ship the car, and their finance team started to try to get MORE money from me above what we agreed to. Eventually I had to make them refund my downpayment, which takes up to 3 business days, effectively screwing me over. Untrustworty people, dont shop here.

The greeting was nice but everything went down from there. From drive the wrong car to being told that I could either put a lot of money down with a high rate or get a co signer this place was not for me

They were very helpful. Ms. Larissa was the rock that got the deal across the finish line. But overall each member was great. Thanks so much for all their help.
