I was told all that was wrong with the vehicle was a sensor. Then all the sudden the mechanic wouldn't sign off on it. He said the rockers needed to be replaced and they wanted to charge me even more to do it.

I live in Gran Rapids and I have. Even making multiple trips in to Twins Auto Sales. Allen is phenomenal and he absolutely goes the extra mile to make sure the vehicle you are interested in is the condition it needs to be before buying it. He is not at all "salesy", his environment is clean and organized, he is honest and fair as well as his communication with me. We are in the process of purchasing and I have appreciated his patience with us. I went to two other dealerships and they were so dirty I walked out. I highly recommend Twins Auto Sales and when I'm in need of another used car, I'm calling Allen!

They listed a car with options for a dodge caravan like remote start, moon roof, heated seats & multi zone climate control.When we got there, it has none of this.We took it for test drive & there was very obviously something wrong with the front suspension. They did not want to come down on price with over $2k in options not there that they advertised & when we asked what was wrong with the car they gave use the run around. First it had not been to service, then it was it had & we can get a list of the problems, then there were no problems found. The mechanics “must have missed it or it happened on the lot” in the month they had it. 15 seconds in the car & it was easy to tell it had severe long term suspension issues.They wouldn’t talk price until I ran my credit.They got a lemon on a trade and they were trying to pass their problem on to somebody else without loosing money is my suspicion.Not an honest business.We drive 2.5 hours for this.Wasted my time & lied.I won’t deal w/them

Car was nothing like described. Lot was so packed the car had 3 in front of it. We had to squeeze through all the cars to get to the car we were looking at. Cars front bumper looked like the clips were broke on passenger side. My Husband asked “has this been in an accident” to which Juan rudely responded with “didn’t you read the car fax”. We dove an hour for a car that looked nothing like the ad!

Staff is great and kind

Salesperson was very polite and was ready for me even though I was 30 minutes early, answered all my questions. Very delightful!

I never went to the dealership but I did speak to them several times on the phone. They were very helpful
