Land Rover dealerships near me (Brooklyn, NY)

Financing through dealer only and not allowing potential customers to have their own financing killed the deal.

Dealership never contacted me

The car was not available, and it wasn’t new like the way it was described of the website the car was loaner

Great Service

Great followup

I saw the jaguar on the Internet and reach out to the dealership and no one ever contacted me. All they did was send a form to see if I qualified for whatever business they were gonna conduct with me. Well, no one ever reached out so I’m going elsewhere to look for a car. I’m pretty sure they were helpful to other people they visited the showroom.

Sales person was very nice and helpful. Communication went well with sales person and sales manager was nice during a brief phone discussion. My main issue was that the dealership raised the price $3000 the day after I clicked to inquire about the vehicle. The owner or manager refused to acknowledge the price increase or negotiate. At the end of the day, the sales rep and I worked it out and we purchased the vehicle.

The sale representative was excellent he worked with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase
