The person that responded timely was I believe the receptionist. Shelby was great. Someone was supposed to get in touch with me. Shane the manager did when he found out no one had gotten back with me. Still haven’t.

The salesmen blew up the rear main seal During the test drive.. because he was driving too damn fast. And I told him this.

We communicated and was going back and forth on trade left a message and was waiting on a call back!

I search the Cargurus site and found Auto Haven. Auto Haven should not be allowed to operate on this site. Auto Haven did not not do the right thing. I could start with the picture of the car, it doesn’t show the roof of the car, why you ask, it’s damaged. And I asked about the exterior condition.I also asked them if they scanned it, they said yes and there where no issues, as they said “it’s clean”. They lied, it has eight (8) major issues. Something has to be done about Auto Haven in Irving, Texas about their practices, it’s not fair to people searching this site. Stay away from Auto Haven. They will not make me/you whole once they have your money.
